Everest 2021 Update – Bahrain Royal Guard Team reach Everest Summit

The Bahrain Royal Guard team reached the summit of Mount Everest, on the morning of 11th May.

The 16-member Bahrain Royal Guard team led by prince Mohammed Hamad Mohammed Al Khalifa  became the first international team to conquer the new altitude of Mount Everest.

“The team of Bahrain Royal Guard, including the prince Sh. Mohammed Hamad Mohammed Al Khalifa, successfully climbed Sagarmatha (Mt. Everest) this morning (11 May) between 5:30 – 6:45 Am ( Nepal Time ).

“First International team to conquer the new altitude (8848.86m) of the Mt. Everest.

“15 March 2021 Team arrived Nepal to Climb Sagarmatha.

“The Bahrain Everest team was formed by His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to train in the Himalayas in Nepal to climb the world’s highest peak.

“The team had successfully climbed Lobuche peak and Manaslu Mountain in October 2020.

“Climbing leader: @tashi8848.86, youngest (19 Years) to climb Everest without Oxygen.
