Mingma G announces multiple summits of Lhotse for his team
Mingma G, Managing Director of Imagine Nepal Treks, has revealed multiple summits of Lhotse for his team.
“Congratulations to Dawa Yangzum Sherpa and Phur Galjen Sherpa for successful ascent of Mt Lhotse 8516m at 7:30am today morning.
“Both of them summitted Annapurna on 16th April last month. Dawa Yangzum also climbed Mt Annapurna without oxygen. This made her first woman from Nepal to summit 8000m without oxygen.”
“Also congratulations to our another Nepalese woman, Ms Passang Lhamu Sherpa for her successful summit.
“As per our information, Pema Doma Sherpa-2007, Nima Jangmu Sherpa-2018, Passang Lhamu Sherpa-2021 and Dawa Yangzum Sherpa-2021 are the first 4 women from Nepal to summit Lhotse till this date.”
“Mr Phur Galjen completed his 10th 8000er. He has climbed Everest-8848m, Kanchenjunga-8586m, Lhotse-8516m, Cho Oyu-8201m, Makalu-8463m, Manaslu-8163m, Nanga Parbat-8125m, Annapurna-8091m, Broad Peak-8047m and Yalung Khang-8505m.”
