An Everest update from Alaa Juneidi – 5th May
“Not much left to reach the summit of Mount Everest.
“We reached camp 3 at 7200 m , the views we had and the sunshine on Lhotse face is a breathtaking and let you feel like you are dreaming.
“After reaching camp 3 now we are ready for the summit push , we just have to wait for the window of good weather for the big day.
“In our way back from camp 3 a storm hits and this may happen anytime in the mountain, but all went good and we returned back safely today to the base camp to start the waiting journey.”
