An Everest update from Ben Jones, Expedition Leader at Alpine Ascents – 8th May.
“Hello Everyone,
“Today, after breakfast we moved to Camp 2 at almost 21,500ft. Hiking across the Western Cwm can sometimes be extremely hot on a clear calm day. Today was hot for a few hours but not to bad. We made it to Camp 2 in just 4 hours with everyone feeling good.
“Tomorrow will be a full rest day before heading up to Camp 3!
