We’re super proud of the whole team and wishing them a safe and successful climb to the top of the world!”

Ben Wright
“After dreaming of this moment since I was a kid it’s now my turn, il be heading through the Ice Fall early hours tonight and making my way straight to camp 2 for my summit push! I hope to summit on the morning of the 18th may with bun bun proudly in my hand.”

Eva Steinwald
“We started our first summit stage at 1am under a full moon and a silhouette of the mountains.
As we entered the trail, there were climbers everywhere. My guide and I were eager to get ahead and passed many climbers. I was surprised by how well I felt!
Due to the heat, the ice fall has changed. So many ice boulders, crevasses and ice walls to climb. I am SUPER happy we made it to Camp 1 (19,900’)
Tomorrow we head to Camp 2.”

Katelyn Sims
“Finished our Everest rotation up to Camp 3 – 23,200ft. Now waiting patiently for our summit window.”

14 Peaks Expedition
“We’re excited to announce that our 14 Peaks Expedition team successfully reached the summit of Mt. Lhotse (8,516m) — the fourth highest mountain in the world — at 6:20 AM on May 14, 2025.
Summit Climbers:
Ms. Liliia Kovalenko
Ms. Veronika Zaripova
Mr. Sona Sherpa
Mr. Dawa Chhiring Sherpa
This great achievement is a result of the climbers’ determination and the incredible support of our skilled Sherpa team, who play a key role in every summit.
Wishing the team a safe journey back to base camp.”

Jay Whiting
“On Monday 12 May at around 2.30pm we made it to the true summit of Nuptse after around 15.5 hours climbing from high camp, battling challenging winds and deep snow.
This is a rarely climbed mountain (only around 36 people have climbed it) and for good reason. The summit day is long, steep (up to 80° in places) with no places to rest. Steve and I previously attempted to climb this mountain back in 2022 but had to turn back just 60m shy of the summit because of errors outside our control.
Myself and @7summitsteve become the 9th and 10th British people to have summited this majestic but formidable mountain. There’s no way we could have done it without Dawa Tenji Sherpa (@dawa_tenji ), Chheten Dorje Sherpa and Temba Sherpa – a wonderful and talented team.
This completes phase one of my project to climb Everest, Lhotse and Nuptse in a single season. Now I await the weather window for Everest and Lhotse.”
