Successful Summit for Imagine Nepal Team on Manaslu – 21st September

The Imagine Nepal team has announced a successful summit on Mt. Manaslu (8,163m), achieved on 21st September at 3:38 PM NPT.

The climbing party consisted of Ms. Anna Katharina Ott (Germany), along with Ngim Dorjee Sherpa and Lakpa Tendi Sherpa, who together stood on the summit of the world’s eighth-highest peak.

The trio launched their summit push on 19th September from base camp, taking a bold approach by skipping Camp IV and heading directly for the summit during the night of 20th September. Their strategy paid off with a smooth and timely summit the following afternoon.

Meanwhile, other members of the Imagine Nepal expedition are currently progressing toward Camp 3, with their summit bid scheduled for 23rd September.

Imagine Nepal extended warm congratulations to Anna, Ngim Dorjee, and Lakpa Tendi, while also wishing them a safe return to base camp after this remarkable accomplishment.
