“History has been made.
Today, Sergey Ryazanskiy, a Russian cosmonaut who has orbited the Earth from the vast silence of space, stood tall on the summit of Mount Everest – 8,848 meters above sea level. From space to the summit – the ultimate journey of human spirit and endurance.
Alongside him, a powerful team braved the extremes to reach the top of the world:
Summiters:
1. Sergey Ryazanskiy (Russia) – Russian Cosmonaut
2. Luis Miguel Lopez Soriano (Spain)
3. Chhiring Tashi Sherpa (Nepal)
4. Milan Sherpa (Nepal)
5. Nima Dorchi Sherpa (Nepal)
6. Pasang Sherpa (Nepal)
This is more than a summit. It’s a statement:
No peak is beyond reach. No dream too high.”

“They set out with one goal and they crushed it.
Against the odds and every challenge the mountain threw at them, this team pushed through with focus, grit, and unwavering determination. Today, they stand at the summit. Proof that hard work and teamwork pay off.
Here are the climbers who made it all the way up:
Anna Barbara Samolej
Hristina Zhorova Yosifova
Nerijus Pranckevicius
Justas Markevicius
Aurimas Valujavicius
And the Sherpa legends who guided and supported every step:
Pemba Tenzing Sherpa
Rita Gelzen Sherpa
Nawang Rabgey Sherpa
Tenzin Chhodar
Tashi Chhiri Sherpa
Every step was earned, every breath counted. This summit isn’t just a point on the map. It’s the result of teamwork, trust, and sheer dedication.
As Sir Edmund Hillary said, “It is not the mountain we conquer but ourselves.” Today, this team conquered both.
Here’s to the mountain, the team, and the journey ahead.”

“Dear Everest
We knew a week ago that no day was a good day to ascend and descend in a single day without the use of bottled oxygen because of the winds 💨 and temperatures 🥶that have been standardized all season. However, we looked for a last small window that never gave me confidence because of how unpredictable and short it seemed.
I left with the confidence to go step by step observing, advancing during the night camp after camp. As I passed camp 2 I began to feel the altitude and my pace slowed. As I climbed alone all night to camp 3 I decided to make the decision to go down, I had a feeling that the mountain would not receive us, a bad feeling. I had a bad feeling and that at any moment the threatening winds would settle down. It is hard to make the decision but you always have to know how to listen and therefore I feel happy. I went straight down all night until I reached the base camp with a heavy snowfall on the descent and when I turned around and saw the summit in the distance my premonition would be fulfilled with winds of 80km/h+ which are intolerable for someone without the use of artificial oxygen. There was never the perfect day and we have to accept it , luckily it is the mountain who decides , we are just visitors .
After 50 days in Nepal the south side closes its season. The summit is not the goal, but getting home in one piece is !
I leave with my heart full of so many wonderful people, so much time surrounded by giants and a Sherpa culture that I admire so much!
Thank you Everest for so much!”
