Summiteers List
1. Mr. Valentyn Sypavin
2. Mr. Sanu Sherpa

“Huge Congratulations to @valiksypavin & @shaanudai for the successful summit of Mt. Everest.
Mr. Valentine, the founder of @alpomania , has cemented his legacy in Ukrainian mountaineering history with over 300 ascents worldwide and earning the title of vice-champion in world ice climbing, setting numerous world records. He completed the Everest and Lhotse traverse twice, in 2021 and 2023, in collaboration with @8kexpeditions In 2021, he also conquered K2, the world’s second-highest and most challenging mountain.
Mr. Sanu Sherpa holds the world record for completing the Double 14 Peaks challenge. He has successfully summited over 40 peaks above 8,000 meters, earning him national pride in Nepal. His initial conquest of all 14 eight-thousanders, accomplished between 2006 and 2019, made him the 42nd person in history to achieve this feat.
Together, these legends stand as towering figures summiting the world’s highest mountain Mt. Everest together marking this years first international team to reach the summit successfully inspiring future generations of climbers and adventurers around the globe.
There are more summit stories to come !”

Asma Al Thani

“After an intense 11-day rotation on Everest, I’ve had time to reflect on the journey so far. It was more than a test of physical endurance; it taught me patience and perseverance. Each day brought its own challenges and rewards, constantly reminding me to take it one day at a time, one step at a time.
I’m now gearing up for the next phase, filled with anticipation for what lies ahead. I am attempting to climb Everest without supplemental oxygen. After successfully summiting Manaslu without O2 in 2021, I planned to attempt Everest under the same conditions in 2022. However, after a rib sprain while climbing Kanchenjunga, I chose to delay this dream. Stay tuned, as we prepare for our summit push.”

Everest ER

“We at Everest ER have seen total of 507 patients until today. Out of these 80 are non-Nepali and rest are Nepali patients. We have seen total 8 patients with HAPE, 1 HACE patient and many AMS. Recently, the majority of our patients have been found to have Dry cough, which most likely is Khumbu cough. We also saw a few musculoskeletal injuries and lots of GERD/Gastritis.”

Garth Miller

“Tough day today
Currently still on track to achieve the summit and make it home within my 21-day
On previous 8000m peaks I’ve had real issues with the cold dry air at altitude and this is compounded on Everest due to the dusty trek into Base Camp. This time round I’ve gone with the Airtrim mask – it simply uses exhaled breath to warm and humidify thin high-altitude air.
So far so good. No Khumbu cough, and it even makes me feel a little warmer!”
