“Everest was my first DREAM before coming into mountaineering world. When I reached the top in 2018, it gave me a sense of fulfillment, and I never thought that I would walk the same path again.
“After 6 years, Everest called me again and I went with open heart. Despite of extreme weather conditions, I stepped at the top of the world on 12th May, call it a destiny or connection.”

Andrew Leslie

“Well after a 6 week journey it’s go time here.
As we depart tomorrow night for our summit push, we’ll spend the next 5 days making our way as far as we safely can.
That said, I’ve spent the past few days reflecting on this once in a lifetime journey.
Travel has gifted me some of the greatest memories in my life, but few have been as transformational as this Everest expedition thanks to the people, places and perspectives.
These peaks were not made for us, nor to be conquered, instead as Hillary put it, it’s about conquering ourselves, and realising our own potential.
This journey is something that felt like a distant dream, impossible at one point in time. But I’ve realised leaning in that you just need to know what you want and why it matters, and the how will figure itself out.
Life is both beautiful and brutal. There will always be highs and lows, the light and the shade. The mountains are perhaps the most prominent experience of this, and you are left with but one thing to do. To put one foot in front of the other, step by step, and move forward.
Above all else, facing my own mortality for the first time, it’s made me really aware how precious life is, and that all that we really are here to do is to love and be loved, and to try to live as big, bold and beautiful a life as we can.
Thank you for all the love and support throughout this journey.”

Kaspar Eevald

“The plan is to set off to camp 1 tomorrow night through the khumbu icefall.
Thank you again everyone for the continued support.”

Kaspar Eevald

“Today we had the last important day before we start the ascent to the summit of Everest. Namely, the team did a thorough oxygen equipment training and training, where we went through all the important points to learn how to use an oxygen mask and a balloon.
This concludes our preparations. Now is the time to pull yourself together and get ready for the summit.”
