The team and I are now on our acclimatization routine up to the higher camps on Mt Everest
This is super important – the body needs to acclimatize and adapt to the higher altitudes.
For the last few days the team have been enjoying Base Camp, resting, sleeping and chilling out in our Elite Exped camp. We take pride in providing the best experience and service to our adventurers – so they are in a super positive physical and mental place to take on the next part of their adventure.
Routines like this help to ensure everyone is fit and strong and acclimatized ahead of the summit push. See you back in Base Camp in a few days.

We climbed up Lobuche East last night. Took a long walk to get there, and now on a long walk back to EBC, rest a few days and then do a rotation up to camp 3, spending some time in camp 1 and 2.
